UDID card

यूडीआईडी कार्ड

The Unique Disability ID card, issued together with a disability certificate through the government's UDID portal, swavlambancard.gov.in. A parent applies online for a child, a medical authority notified by the state assesses the child, and the certificate and card are issued electronically. The certificate is valid across India.

At the time of writing, September 2026, cards are colour-coded: white below 40%, yellow from 40% to below 80%, and blue at 80% and above. Confirm current rules on the portal. Special Minds does not arrange certificates.
