Terms of service.

This website describes services offered by Special Minds to families and practitioners in India. Nothing here is an offer of employment, a guarantee of placement, or professional, medical, psychological or legal advice.

Scope. Special Minds introduces and supports educational professionals, trains practitioners, and provides applied behaviour analysis (ABA) therapy designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. It does not provide diagnosis, assessment for certification, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, medical treatment or psychological services, and no statement on this site should be read as promising a developmental, educational or examination outcome.

Agreements. Services are provided only under a signed family agreement, practitioner agreement or training agreement, which set out fees, trial periods, replacement guarantees, refunds, cancellation, who engages the professional, and governing law.

Practitioners are never charged a fee to be placed.
