What we collect. Contact details, information about your household and, with your consent, information about your child's needs, school and clinicians. From practitioners: identity, qualification, work-history, reference and background-check information.

Why. To write a child-support profile, match a professional, verify practitioners, supervise the placement and run the training programme. Nothing is used for marketing without separate consent.

Children's information. Collected only from a parent or guardian, only for the placement, and shared with a candidate only after you approve the shortlist.

Sharing. With the school and the clinicians you name, on your instruction, and with the professional you engage. Never sold.

Storage and transfer. Stored securely. Some information is processed by our team in the United Arab Emirates; this is disclosed and consented to at the point of enquiry. Retained for the placement and the period our agreement and law require, then deleted.

Your rights. To access, correct and ask us to delete your information, and to withdraw consent. Contact hello@specialminds.in.
