Who we look for
Evidence, not adjectives.
Special educators, teachers and teaching assistants with documented experience of children with additional needs. Graduates in psychology, education or child development who have completed our practitioner programme. Remedial tutors trained in structured literacy or numeracy. Fluent English; Hindi and regional languages are an asset.
We look for people who can evidence what they say: qualifications we can verify with the institution, references we can speak to, and a work history that holds up.
What we offer
- Carefully matched placements, not the first family who calls
- A written brief on the child before you accept
- Terms that name who engages you, what you are paid and when, your hours, days off and holidays
- A supervisor who visits, a first-week and monthly check-in
- A route to raise a concern that goes around the family if it must
- Training at no cost while you are placed with our families
What we ask
- Stay within your role: you educate and support; you do not diagnose, treat or advise on medication
- Follow the safeguarding code you sign
- Keep the daily record
- Tell us early when something is wrong

Questions practitioners ask
Do practitioners pay a fee?
No. Practitioners are never charged for introduction, vetting or placement. The training programme has a fee, which is waived for practitioners already placed with our families.
How long does vetting take?
Usually two to four weeks, depending on how quickly institutions and referees respond.
Who will engage me?
It depends on the placement. You will know, in writing, before you accept.
Where are the placements?
Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad, and online remedial tutoring from anywhere in India.
