The journey
Nine steps, one point of contact.
- 1
Enquiry and discovery call
Twenty minutes, in English or Hindi, to understand what you need and whether we are the right people.
- 2
The child-support profile
A special-needs specialist meets you, and with your consent your child's school and clinicians, and writes the profile every candidate will be matched against. It is not an assessment and not a diagnosis.
- 3
Service, fee and terms
We confirm the service, the fee, the hours, and who engages the professional, in writing.
- 4
The school conversation
For a shadow teacher, we speak to the inclusion coordinator and settle how the placement will work in the classroom.
- 5
Search and shortlist
Our own roster first, the wider field if nobody fits. We verify every file and present two or three candidates with full documentation.
- 6
Interviews, offer and trial
You meet them, choose, and a paid trial period follows.
- 7
First day and induction
We brief the professional on your household, your child and the school, and you both have our number.
- 8
First-week, thirty-day and ninety-day reviews
Structured, documented, and honest in both directions.
- 9
Monthly reporting and renewal
A short written report each month, and a conversation before any renewal or replacement.

What it costs
Fees you can read before you sign.
A placement fee for finding and verifying the professional, and a monthly placement-management fee for the supervision that follows. Remedial tutoring and temporary cover are priced per assignment. All fees are quoted on the brief, and nothing is charged before you have met a shortlist.
Refund, replacement, cancellation and trial-period terms are written into the family agreement, which we ask you to have reviewed by your own adviser.
